Old Low Lights Museum

The recently refurbished Old Low Lights venue opened its doors as a heritage and community hub.

Located at the heart of North Shields Fish Quay, the museum offers a unique experience to explore 900 years of maritime heritage. The Old Low Lights building dating back to the 18th Century, commanded refined, architectural lighting and Hacel were at the forefront in providing a range of class leading LED luminaires, offering outstanding performance and contemporary design. The three storey building hosts a cafe, an outside public space with beautiful views over the river mouth, a museum and a function area for hire.
